How to prepare Darjeeling Himalaya tea?
India is the second largest tea producing country in the world!
And yes, its teas are now recognized worldwide for their excellence and quality.
And if we ask you the most famous Indian tea you tell us ….? Darjeeling of course!
How to prepare this delicate tea harvested in the heights of the Himalayas so that it reveals all its flavors?
We advise you to let 2 grams of tea infuse for 3 minutes in simmering water between 85°C and 90°C. Be careful, do not boil the water, it could burn the tea leaves.
But we can’t repeat it enough: the secret of a good tea is to enjoy it first! If you prefer your tea stronger, you can let it steep longer. On the other hand, if you are looking for a more subtle result, you can reduce the brewing time.
Regardless of the brewing time, the liquor will always remain light and golden in color.
