Discover our Thé Sencha Calida, a tasty blend of Thé Vert Sencha and semi-fermented Oolong tea, flavored with red fruits and vanilla with whole currants. 

The natural Thé Vert Sencha reveals a beautiful yellow liquor in the cup of tea. When tasted, it reveals very vegetal dominant notes, and a pronounced taste of fresh grass or seaweed. 

We have associated it with Oolong tea. Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea, it is said that Oolong tea is halfway between green tea and black tea. In the mouth, Oolong develops fruity flavors, sometimes woody for the most oxidized. 

To enhance this blend without masking the aromas of each tea, we have added a little fruity touch: red fruits and whole currants! And finally a little vanilla for a note of sweetness!

How to prepare this delicious green tea with red fruits so that it releases all the splendor of its flavors? It’s easy: 

We recommend that you steep 2 grams of tea for 3 minutes in simmering water between 80° and 85°C. 

Green tea leaves are fragile, boiling water, too hot, could burn them! 

But we can never repeat it enough: the secret of a good tea is to enjoy it first! 

You can shorten this time if you prefer a lighter taste, or lengthen it for a more intense result. 

Finally, this tea is perfect to be enjoyed in the afternoon. To have a little fruity break, greedy! 

Be careful not to drink it too late, green tea contains theine, which could affect your sleep!
