This regenerating herbal tea was born from a meeting between Sandra Salmandjee alias Sanjee and Compagnie & Co. Creator of Bollywood Kitchen, Sanjee, in the image of her double French-Indian culture, has created a cuisine that draws its sources from the Indian tradition and French cuisine. Équilibre & Harmonie is an herbal tea resulting from this encounter, rich in taste and also inspired by Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicine. 

Turmeric, the traditional Indian spice, is known for its liver health and for facilitating digestion by stimulating the production of digestive juices in the body and for a better digestion of fats. Turmeric is also found in traditional Indian medicine, a sister science to yoga that is dedicated to balancing the mind with the body.

The lemon and rose petals that complement this tea bring balancing citrus and floral notes.
