Licorice, whose scientific name is Glycyrrhiza glabra is a plant used for many years in Chinese medicine. We mainly use its roots which have a naturally sweet taste. That’s why they are the origin of the famous sweets! 

Mint is mainly used in essential oils and in infusions for its benefits on the intestinal transit, but also for its diuretic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and relaxing actions. 

How and when to consume our herbal tea Réglisse Menthe ? 

How to prepare your herbal tea Réglisse Menthe to take advantage of all its benefits. It is simple: 

We advise you to let it infuse for about 3 minutes in simmering water between 85° and 90°C. 

But we can never repeat it enough: the secret of a good infusion is to enjoy it first!

This herbal tea does not contain tea and therefore no tannins, so there is no risk that it develops a certain bitterness after a prolonged infusion.

We advise you to consume this herbal tea in the evening after the meal to benefit from its soothing and digestive virtues. This herbal tea does not contain any theine, it will not be an obstacle to your sleep!
